We know that, despite best efforts, sometimes incidents do happen. As one of New Zealand’s Great Rides, we’re committed to learning from these events so we can continue to improve and keep everyone safe.

If you’ve been involved in, or witnessed, an incident on the trail, please let us know by completing the form below. This information goes to the Trail Champion and the Department of Conservation, helping us spot patterns, address concerns, and look after our riders and walkers in the best way possible.
